No internet for almost 2 days

So glad and the internet connection is up and running once again. The last time I accessed the internet was yesterday morning (very early, around 6:30am) and then I went to work and during my free time, I went down to my apartment to check my mails, but I could no longer open Yahoo. I tried opening another site, but still I failed. I really don't know what happen because the wireless connection is working fine. I thought, my lappy got some virus. But my employer called me yesterday evening and asked me if my internet is working coz they're having problems too. So, it's our internet connection in the house. My employer called the company and they said that there has been a problem in our area and that it's already fixed. I tried checking the net tody, but still there was no connection. Until my employer called me around 7pm and told me that the internet is already working. Thanks coz having no internet connection is like an ordeal to me,:). Finally, I can blog and surf once again.

Last Sunday, I promised to get back to you and give you more updates. But I wasn't able to do it because the rest of the day was ruined coz of the argument I have with my bf. I'm suppose to tell you about the sexy corsets and the sexy tops I bought in Ginatricot, a known store in Oslo which is having a lot of sale for the entire month of January. I'm going to show you some pics of what I bought on the next posts. If I remember anyway,:)

I'm alone now

My friends just left a while ago to their repective employer's. They went home early because they don't want to hurry in going to the bus stop coz it's snowing outside and they are using heels, so they have to be very careful in walking to avoid falling. So, I'm alread alone here in my apartment and I'm not really in the mood coz we had a very big argument with my bf. He really ruined my mood,grrrrrrr. I have to clean my apartment now and hope that it will divert my attention and help me lessen the anger!

Checking out some gifts on the net

Here we are in my apartment and still awake. 2 are already asleep and 3 are still awake and obviously I'm one of them,hehehe. We are still awake because we are coooking some soup. We are hungry and we want to eat late at night.:) And while cooking, we are also here checking the net for some gifts to our loved ones for the upcoming Valentine's day. And I told them about the coupon codes of Coupon Chief and they like it very much. They are looking into a lot of items right now, so I have to make this post short and make more updates later.

Sto. Ninio Feast

Hi everyone! And hope that you are all enjoying your Saturday. As of me and our friends, we are having fun. We are already here in my apartment. We went to Church today and attended the 2pm Cebuano Mass in honor of the feast of Senior Sto. Ninio. And after the mass, there was a fiesta celebration and we really lined there to eat. We haven't eat breakfast yet because we woke up very late coz we were very tired from the disco last night., Yes, we went to the disco on friday night because it was the birthday of one of my cousins. So, we had a girl's night.We've been dancing until 3am and we walked for about 30 minutes in going to our friend's apartment. And we only took the taxi when we're already near, to save money.hehehe. That's how crazy we are!:)

I also joined a dance presentation during the program for the feast of Senior Sto. Ninio. I didn't hesitate to join the dance number when they asked me in the hope that He will grant my wish. And as I read my email a while ago, I think He's already granting my wish. God is really good at all times indeed! Pit Senior!

Blogging despite the pain

Yes, it's true! I am still blogging despite the pain in my eyes. I've been suffering from this pain for 3 days now,huhuhu. I think this is the reuslt of staying in front of lappy for long hours everyday. :( I'm not getting any younger and I'm suffering the result of my negligence.:( The pain in my eyes started when the other bulb of the lampshade in the sala of my apartment was destroyed. I don't have enough light, but still I continued sitting in front of lappy until I felt the pain.

I'm here in my employer's place, blogging while watching TV and right now chatting with my friends and also talking to one of my friends on the phone, multi-tasking indeed!:) And on the TV right now is about movers New York. I'm watching for a little while now and I'm going to look for another channel to watch after this episode.

I hope that the pain in my eyes will disappear from now on.

Chatting with my bro

i'm blogging and chatting with my bro at the same time. Glad that he already has a PC in his room 2 weeks ago. Atleast, he has something to entertain him during his vacant time. He told me that his female employer told him that they're going to have a divorce and my bro will go with the female since she'll be having the kids. I really pity my bro because his hostfamily has been encountering such a problem when he just arrived in their family.

We've been talking about a lot of things, but it really takes time because he types so slowly,:) But I know, he'll become faster as time goes on. We also talked about our family back home. Until now, I didn't get any reply for my last question to him,hehehe. He also told me that one of his brother in the fraternity is undergoing an addiction treatment. Yes, my brother is part of a fraternity during his college days and he's been recruiting me since then to join his group because it's a fraternity and sorority group. But I always refuse because I don't want to be paddled and it's not my cup of tea really. Well, he followed the footsteps of my father because or Papa was also a fratman.

My bro is replying now and I have to read his reply. More updates later folks!Have a nice evening!

A touching MMK episode

I've been having a movie marathon here in my apartment during the weekend. One of the thngs I love to do during my free time. One of the Filipino shows I love watching is Maalaala Mo Kaya (MMK), a show that features an inspiring story in every episode. And lastnight, I watched the episode titled "Tubig". It was a story of a drug addict son. He has been addicted since his elementary years. Influenced by his older brother and he was also convinced because they also lacked attention from their parents. THe got married and his addiction worsen until the time came that he resides in the street and did anything just to have money to buy drugs. His life goes on, until his daughter came to him in a form of an angel, begging him to come home for his family. And so, he decided to change his lifestyle and turn away from drugs completely. He managed to do it by submitting himself to a drug treatment facility and he also worked in the church to be nearer to God.

And the moment came for his complete recovery and he returned to his wife and his children and this time, he was already ready to be introduced to the children as their father. It was indeed a very inspiring story. It only proves that there's always hope no matter how difficult it is. Hope is always there as long as we always keep our determination and faith to God.

I'm falling inlove with Ziggy

Yes, it's true! It might sound corny, but I'm really falling inlove with Ziggy Marley!! I already heard about him last year in one of my blog hoppings. But then I just ignore him. Until 2 weeks ago, I stumbled into another blog featuring him and some of his songs. So, I googled him immediately and entered his name in YouTube and there, I got a lot of results and the video to his songs.

And as I listen to his songs "Love is My Religion" and "True to Myself", I really decided to love him just like his father, Bob. I'm really a Bob Marley fanatic and I love reggae very much. I'll be posting some if his songs here,just in case you havn't heard about them yet.

The TV is no longer here

I'm here in my apartment, spending the weekend alone. And I'm not complaining this time because I love the peace and serenity that I'm experiencing now. It's nice to spend some time alone to reflect on things.:)

I'm doing a lot of things now. Blogging, surfing the net, listening to music, texting and chatting. Multi-tasking indeed!hehehe. But I can no longer watch shows through the TV coz it's no longer here. My employer took it last New Year and put it on the basement to entertain the kids while the adults are partying upstairs. He told me that he's going to return it one of these days. But it's ok with me since I can still watch films and other shows with my lappy. I just hope that he'll return the TV with a new plasma lift console,hehehe. What an ambitious me! I'm just kidding anyway. But truly, I really wish to have a plasma TV in my own house in the future.:)

I have to start filling the balikbayan box

I'm planning to send a balikbayan box this year and it should arrive our home in time for the Christmas season. So, I have to start buying things for the box now. I already bought some things here, but I still need more since the box is huge! I have to fill every space available to make every penny in sending the box counts. It's really expensive to send a balikbayan box here in Norway compared to Denmark and everyone is complaining about it. But we can't do nothing coz we really have send atleast one box before our contracts end coz we can no longer put all our things in our stroller.

There's a lot of after Christmas sales in Oslo this month. Been window shopping last weekend and all shops are having sale that you'll be confused what to buy. But I didn't buy anything yet since I don't have the money and I want to think longer on what to buy. I don't want to have an impulse shopping anymore coz I'll just regret afterwards. I have to plan what to buy and to buy only the necessary things.

I'm going to buy clothes for my family and mostly things for the house since there are a lot of sales here and the quality is better. But I'm also planning to shop online for a change. I've been surfing the net already for possible online shops. I stumbled into directbuy. The offers are quite nice, but it's mainly for renovating houses and other heavy stuffs, so I can't shop there. If you are looking for cabinets, home furnitures, flooring and other house stuffs, try to visit them and you may find what you're looking for.

Bohol's Brownbuds Band

Been surfing for an hour now and I stumbled into an article about my very own Bohol. And then, I read about Brownbuds band, a name I never heard before and it just means that I've been away from my beloved Province for so long.:( But I'm so thankful and I discovered about them. I just love their music because they play reggae. Yeheyyyyyy!!

I am a Bob Marley fanatic and I love "No Woman, No Cry" very much. And I love Ziggy Marley, just the way I love his father as I heared him singing "Love is My Religion". And after hearing Brownbuds "Byaheng Bohol" a while ago, I know that I'm gonna love them and their music too.

I'm so proud of you guys for bringing pride and honor to our very own Bohol and for proving to the rest of the country and the world that Boholanos are really talented!! Keep on rocking guys and more power!

His PC is up and running now

I'm talking about my bf's desktop. He bought one last December and he just got an internet connection yesterday. I'm soo happy coz it means that we can already chat constantly,:). He told me the features of his PC, but I don't remember the details. Not so interested of remembering computer stuffs,hehehe. Anyways, he also told me that he's planning to buy an external hard drive to store more files. He explains to me the benefits, but I ws only half-listening,:( Very bad of me. I have to ask him once again about it. I think it's about time for me to learn more about the computer and it's stuffs.

They went to a skiing vacation in Austria and gave us the permission to use their house for the gathering. I don't wanna talk more, I'll just let the photos do the talking,:)

I hope you all had a wonderful New year's celebration and may you have a fruitful 2008! I'm really glad to be back in blogging after the vacation. I was really very busy in Denmark that I don't have much time to blog..busy talking with my brother and my cousins and tired with all the bus travels. And when I came here in Norway, I was also very busy cleaning the house of my employer.

I'm right here in Ate Bren's place for the weekend. All the friends were here yesterday to bid a happy trip to Ate and her daughter who left for Pinas yesterday morning for a 1 month vacation. Her hubby will travel on the 17th for Pinas, after his work. He left early for a football match, so got the chance to use the computer. I'll tell you more about my Denmark vacation when I get back in my apartment. I have a lot of blogging to do and a lot of blog hopping too.:) I promise to visit you all and thank a lot for always visiting me here even if I don't have new posts.
