Tiring days

I really don't know why, but I feel so tired and sleepy since Monday. And my employers has been complaining about the same thing, they're also feeling tired. And they said that it might be because of the weather coz it's gloomy since Monday. That's why I haven't blog much lately coz I don't have the energy. All I did was watch shows at YouTube and dozed off early during the night. I hope the weather will be nice tomorrow until the weekend coz it's really sucking my energy out,:)

Tomorrow will be a holiday, so I have to make my general cleaning today. Got to go friends and more updates later,:)

ANTM Cycle 3

I'm glad to have the courage to press the keyboard and type,:) I'm already doing fine and I was not just able to blog here lately coz I've been busy. The weekend has been so busy for me coz we had a SFC-CLS. But I really loved the activity coz a lot happened and all were good,:) Anyways, I was done watching America's Next Top Model Cycle 3 last Wednesday, but I was not able to blog about it coz of my problem, hehehe. But now that I'm ok, I'll finally write about it. Of the 3 cycles that I watched, ANTM Cycle 3 has been my favorite so far coz I loved the winner, Eva Pigford. She's the shortest of all contestants (only 5'7") and often misunderstood by other girls coz of her bubbly and strong personality. I already saw Cycle 3 when I was still in Denmark, but it's always nice to review it once more without missing an episode anymore. Thanks to YouTube.:) Though I prefer Amanda to be on top 2 together with Eva, but it was Yaya who got the spot. I don't like her much and I'm so glad that Eva won the title,:) Go Eva Diva! I even Googled Eva after watching the Cycle to check about her progress and I'm so glad coz she's doing well and making more projects. I even saw her in the movie "I Think I Love My Wife" with Chris Tucker.

I'm glad to be blogging again!

Hi everyone! I hope you are all doing well. I am so happy that I'm able to blog especially in this blog once again! I haven't done a lot of blogging lately coz my energy is so low. Though I have a lot of time, but just don't have the energy to blog,:( And it's because I am facing a personal problem that's been dragging me down.:( I just kept it into myself for so long coz I can't and I don't wanna share it to anyone coz I know it's a real shame. But last night, I shared to my 2 of my trusted online friends, Fr. Raymund and Ate Gagiers, coz I couldn't bare the burden anymore. I just have to share it and let it out. And finally, I felt lighter last night after telling them my problem. I was relieved. Though I'm still in pain and the problem is still consuming my mind, but atleast, it's not that heavy anymore after the sharing. Thanks God and I'm better now,:) Hope I can recover totally very soon.

ANTM Cycle 2

Whoah!I already finished watching America's Next Top Model Cycle 2 last Saturday, but I was not able to blog about it coz I spent the weekend at Ate Bren's place. I was disappointed with the result coz I want Mercedes to win the title, but it was Yoanna who got it.:( And I was not pleased that Shandi was eliminated. I want her to be in the top 2 with Mercedes.

Done with Cycle 1

Yeheyyy, I'm already done watching the entire Cycle 1 of America's Next Top Model at around 7pm. I was disappointed though that Elyse was eliminated coz I want her to win, or at least be on the top 2. She was high fashion for me. I visited her bog and glad that she's doing good in her modeling career in Asia. And I was glad the Adrienne won the competition coz I also like her a lot. My bet is she and Elyse. And I'm already started with Cycle 2 too, hehehe.

Anyways, my arms are also aching from the raking yesterday. Plus, I had the general cleaning today and I also mopped the floor, so I really exerted a lot of force. I'm really feeling the pain right now. And I just wished I'm home, so I can make "lambing" with Mama and ask her to massage me a little bit. Ahhhh, the downside of working away from home. I'm definitely missing home,:(

I'm having a back ache

I got a back ache after raking the dried leaves outside yesterday. I''m already having back aches especially when I spend a lot of time with the computer since I don't have a chair with a back rest. But the pain that I felt yesterday was different, it was really painful and it made me sleep early. And this morning, I had the difficulty waking up coz of the back ache. Though I'm not a an acid reflux sufferer, but how I wish I have a incliner sleep wedge so I can elevate my head and back a little bit in the hope of easing the pain.

Since my Denmark days, I'm already watching America's Next Top Model (ANTM). I just don't know, but I enjoy watching the show. And for about a week now, been waiting for the episode 9 of Cycle 10 to be uploaded at YouTube, but until now, there's none.huhuhu. And yesterday, I decided to watched ANTM Cycle 1 since I have a lot of time coz I was already off at 10am (coz my female employer was still sick). It was already 10pm last night but I wasn't done watching the entire cycle. I finished the episode 7 only. So now, I'm going to continue watching it,:)

One of the good things I like about blogging is the fact that I'm gaining more friends and I kept on gaining more as days go by. Do you have the same experience? But even if we already have a lot of friends, but we just want to keep on gaining and meeting new friends, be it knowing them personally or virtually. There's a new social community network in the net today and you are always welcome to join 3gb community www.3gb.biz and get the chance to meet new friends and old friends alike, upload your photos, albums, join groups, blogs, chat with other members and hear the latest mp3 hits.

Yeheyyyy! I'm so happy coz my cousin Florean sent me a text message last night, informing me that the family in Oslo that she met last Sunday called her and told her that she's already hired to be the family's au pair starting this August. Thanks God for hearing our prayers. We've been praying a lot about it since Florean will be coming home to Pinas this May 14 and it's really important for her to find a host family in Oslo, so she can file her papers here before coming home. If she can't find one, then it would be difficult for her to come back without a host family and she'll be staying in Pinas for months. And we don't like that idea since she don't have enough money coz they're still paying a lot of debts from their business that went down years ago.

I really share with Florean's happiness. She's already like a little sister to me.:)

Guilty and worried...

Hi everyone! I hope you had a nice and blessed Sunday! I arrived here in my apartment at around 10:12pm and I was really feeling guilty and worried for my cousin Florean. As I shared to you in my earlier post, Florean came to Oslo around 3:40pm to meet her prospective host family. I'm supposed to meet her in the central station to get my anti-radiation glasses, but I changed my mind and decided to meet her after her meeting with the family.

At 6pm, I was already in Oslo (Peppe's Pizza) with my HH group for our fellowship. At around 8pm, Florean was already calling me that she's already in the central station. The fellowship was not yet done, so I waited for about 20 minutes. And at around 8:40pm we're finally done and I asked them to leave ahead. So I was running as fast as I can to get into the station and took the tram to the central station. I find difficulty in looking for her and can't call her anymore coz my mobile has ran out of load. Grrrrrrr.

I finally saw her and we talked about things. There was already a train on the other lane and I didn't thought that It was her train already (she didn't tell me). Suddenly, she said that she'll board the train, but the doors closed and the train started moving. Ohhh my, Florean missed the train and the next train will be coming in 10 minutes.:( I was already worried deep inside coz I'm scared if she'll miss her plane. The plane leaves at 10:30pm and the train will be at 10:15pm and she'll be in the airport at 10:35pm. So she has barely 1 hour to check.in and everything. When the next train came, I told her to go inside even if the train is still parking for about 10 minutes,:)

I took the bus home feeling guilty and worried for Florean. I kept on praying to God that she can really make it to the airport without missing her plane. Right after my arrival here in my apartment, I immediately load up my phone and called her mobile to check on things. But her phone was already unattended, so it means that she has already boarded and they've already turned off their phones for safety purposes coz it was already 10:26pm when I called. I was really relieved and hoping that my analysis was right.:)

I called here again at around 11:30pm and the phone was already ringing, but no answer. She called back after few minutes and informed me that she just came out from the plane. Thanks God. I was really soo happy and relieved! She'll still take the bus to her host family's place, but al least she's already in DK. I'm so thankful to God for hearing my prayers. May God be praised at all times! Now, I can go to sleep soundly,:)

30 minutes and I'm off

Yes, I'm still here in my apartment trying to enjoy the 30 minutes left before finally going to my employer's house to help them in serving their guests. My employers already asked me about it about 2 weeks ago, that they need a hand tonight since they'll be having 10 guests. But I'll only help them in serving since my female employer will be making the food. And then, I have to clean the table and the kitchen after dinner. And after that, I can already go back here. I just hope it won't be that late coz I have to sleep early tonight coz I'll be attending the 9:30am Mass tomorrow and I don't want to feel groggy in the morning.:) Meanwhile, I am trying to enjoy my electronics gadgets here, before finally going to work.:)

Talk to you later then. Enjoy the rest of your Saturday friends.:)

Taking my time at the shop

Today, I went to my extra job for 4 hours and then, I went directly to the shop nearby (20 minutes from the apartment) to buy some food and stuffs for my apartment. I only bought few things, but I was a little bit shock as I realized that I spent about an hour inside the shop,:) I just took my time there since I'm not in a hurry and I've been going around the shop looking at different items and taking time to decide which brand or type to buy, hehehe.

I bought milk, apple, banana, noodles, tooth paste, pasta and sauce. And as I move towards the counter, I saw a cart with stuffs and everything inside the cart is on sale for 10 kroner. So I looked at it and was able to buy Libresse and a cologne, nice catch!:) I also spent a lot of time in the beauty section, trying to look for beauty products to send back home with the balikbayan box. I tried to look for the best wrinkle cream for mother coz she asked me if I can buy one for her. But I didn't find one there coz the shop is not that big and they don't have everything. It's ok though coz I still have a lot of time to fill my balikbayan box. I'll look for it some other place.

And from the shop, I consumed about 30 minutes in going back here. I had 2 plastic bags with me and they're a little bit heavy, so I kept on stopping to take some rest.

Totally Normal in Love

Nahh!!I took this quiz to support my un.normal behaviour in dealing with the bf coz I've been quarreling with him as always.:( But I was wrong coz I am totally normal after all, hehehe.

You Are Totally Normal in Love

When it comes to love, your experience is pretty standard.

You love like most humans love. You hurt like most humans hurt.

You understand relationships and romance well.

Why You Are Normal in Love

You are normal because you believe a long distance relationship can work.

You are normal because you don't kiss on the first date.

Remembering DK's greenhouse

Spring is finally here and it means that gardening works for me will be very soon, hehehe. Yep, I love gardening and I'm so excited to start working in the garden of my host family here. There's not much to work on though since they only have 2 flower beds. They're not much into gardening here compared to my host family in Denmark. My host family there has a huge garden, but when I first came to their house, the garden was so boring and there were no flowers at all. There were just grasses all over.:( I started cleaning their garden and my employers were so happy about it and when summer came, I started planting flowers and the garden became alive.

My host family in Denmark has a little greenhouse (that's the term they're using for it) too where we put all the potted flowers when winter comes. All gardening tools such as fertilizers, empty pots, etc. are also stored there. And I suddenly remember the little greenhouse as I saw all the garden buildings featured at The Garden Escape.

Anyways, The Garden Escape specializes in garden building with the natural beauty of wood and glass, be it a home office, an elegant garden room or just a place to relax away from the house. You can learn more about The Garden Escape at http://www.thegardenescape.co.uk.

My mind is green

Hehehe, don't interpret the title wrong,:) It's just the result of a blogthings quiz. I was also scared as I first saw the result coz I thought it has something to do with being naughty, hehehe. Good thing and the explanation is good. Here it is:

Your Mind is Green

Of all the mind types, yours has the most balance.

You are able to see all sides to most problems and are a good problem solver.

You need time to work out your thoughts, but you don't get stuck in bad thinking patterns.

You tend to spend a lot of time thinking about the future, philosophy, and relationships (both personal and intellectual).

She's coming to Norway this Sunday

My first cousin, Florean, will be coming to Norway this Sunday. She's the one who replaced me in my host family in Denmark and her contract will end this May. She'll be going home for a vacation soon. We've been looking for a host family for her in Norway, but we haven't find any. We're already worried since May is very near. But about 2 weeks ago, a host family contacted her and wants to know more about her since they're also looking for an au pair. And this Sunday, she's going to meet the family. And I just hope that the family will decide to hire here (another girl is taken into consideration), everything will be in order before she leaves for vacation.

I'm just staying here for the weekend to help my host family in serving their guests this coming Saturday. But I'll go out on Sunday to attend Church and then I'll go with Florean to meet the family. I also asked her to buy 2 bottles of skin whitening lotion for me for summer since it's cheap in Denmark compare here. I also asked her to bring the anti-radiation glasses for me (the one my cousin bought from Pinas). Hmmm, I just hope Florean won't complain about my requests.:) Too bad and she'll be returning to Denmark right after meeting the family,:(

The site is the official hub of all tv programs produced by Entertainment studios, Inc. including the popular Comics Unleashed, Entertainers, The Comedy Jam. Just going through the first few pieces in the Comics Unleashed section gave me almost an hour of most healthy laughter ever.

Here are a few links to the episodes i liked most: start from Max Alexander video and then go to Alex Thomas and Bill Bellamy. You will see where to move on from there. Enjoy!

The korean telenovela madness

I spent my weekend at Ate Bren's place with my friends and I came their on Friday night, right after the CFC-FFL GA.

My friends were still eating at the table when I arrived. I sit with them, but they were in such a hurry to finish eating. And the reason??to continue watching the korean telenovela, Full House.hehehe.

My bestfriend, Bhing (we call each other best), brought the Full House CDs to Ate Bren's place. Her female employer is Korean and has a lot of korean telenovelas and movies at home. And best had already seen a lot of them as she became a korean telenovela fan. I already saw some of the Full House episodes during one of my visits to best's place. I even told my friends that she's already good in speaking korean, hehehe. And last friday, we became the latest korean telenovela fans, hehehe. The Full House telenovela has 9 CDs and they were already watching the 2nd one when I arrived. I joined them in the couch and instantly love the story, hehehe. It was really very funny and "nakakakilig". We finished watching the 3rd episode at 3am and I went to bed afterwards coz my eyes were already aching. But Ate Bren and the others continued watching the 4th CD and finished it at 5am. Ohhhh my, they're really korean telenovela addicts in the making, hehehe. Blame it to best, hehehe, just kidding!

And we all woke up at past 12 noon on Saturday. We prepared something to eat and started watching the 5th CD afterwards. And it was really crazy coz we've been stuck in front of the huge TV all day. We even canceled our plan of going out to have some window shopping. At around 10pm, we stopped watching for a while to eat dinner and after eating, the madness continues,:) I went to bed right after watching the 8th CD at around 1pm and the others continued watching the last CD until 3am.

I woke up early with my friends to attend the 9:30am Mass at St. Joseph Church and I decided to come home to the apartment after the Mass. I came here at around 12noon. I just check my mails and my blogs and I dozed off afterwards at around 3pm and I woke up at 8pm, more than an hour ago.

Hmmm, I just hope Best won't bring another set of korean telenovela next weekend, hehehe.

Here's a synopsis of Full House from koreandrama.org:

A story about love and heartbreak, sadness and self-preservation.

A naive, cheerful albeit, somewhat of a recluse writer, Han Ji Eun (Song Hye Gyo) is swindled out of everything she owns. Not by strangers, but her best friends! Stranded in another country, she is determined to get home with the help of an actor, Lee Young Jae (Bi), only to find that all which is precious to her has been sold. In an attempt to get her possessions back, she has entered in a contract marriage with Young Jae. It is quite simple, until feelings start to develop. Everyone around them test the “love” Young Jae and Ji Eun have for one another, including Young Jae’s grandmother.

In spite of it all, Ji Eun manages to be humorous and endearing - even when her heart is breaking.

Song Hye Gyo as Han Ji Eun
Han Eun Jung as Kang Hye Won
Kim Sung Soo as Yu Min Hyuk

I just opened my Yahoo page and in the featured news was a photo of the famous model, Naomi Campbell, and the heading says "Campbell arrested at T5". So I read the entire article and it's true, the 37-year old British model was arrested at Heathrow airport in the suspicion of assaulting a police officer.

According to the news, Naomi was cuffed on board a British Airways jet and led off the plane by police. Passengers reported that Ms Campbell was aggressive and abusive to staff. It is thought there was an issue with the model's luggage.

A new blog title!

I've just change my blog title to "It's Leisure Time" from Around d' World. And this time, the subtitle is: travels, books, movies, music and anything that entertains me. Actually, the change of title just came to my mind the other day coz I'm planning to make a separate blog for my travels for business purposes, hehehe. I'll still be posting my travels here, but the detailed posts will be in my other blog,:) But I havn't made a new blog though. I still have to think many times if I'm going to pursue it,:) But I'll let you know whatever the decision will be. I already had a title in mind for my new travel blog, but not yet sure about it though,:)

Anyways, I already had a blog with this title and subtitle at Wordpress before, but it was banned coz I joined it for paid blogging, hehehe. So this blog won't be a travel blog anymore, but it will be transformed to an entertainment blog of some sort. An entertainment page where I will share to you all the things that keeps me entertained especially during boring days,:)

Talk to me
